The size of the unit you need depends on the quantity and size of the items you plan to store. We currently offer 10’x20’ Units with 8’x9’ doors & 12’x30’x units with 10’x10’x doors. Our staff can help you determine the appropriate size based on your needs. Packing efficiently can also help you maximize space.
41 Storage is protected by 24/7 high definition surveillance cameras for our tenants protection and safety. While we do not have staff on-site, we offer 24/7 emergency services and normal business hours to help over the phone and by email! We do not provide locks for the units – it is the tenants responsibility to provide their own locks.
It’s always a great idea to have insurance coverage for your stored items. Check your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance to see if they provide coverage for off-site storage. Otherwise, please reach out to us and we can point you I the right direction to purchase coverage.
Yes, tenants have 24/7 access to their storage unit!
No! 41 Storage does not require long contracts or lease agreements! We are on a month-to-month basis!

We are happy to help you determine which unit size would work best for you! If you find that you need more or less space, we will happily help you change units if there are other units available!
